Awesome post! Having raised two Dobermans (who were stronger than me!), the prong collars were critical to teaching and communicating with them on a leash.
Now with an 8-month old puppy, I will start training with her in the same way to help her be the well-behaved and excellent leash walker my other two dogs were.
Thanks again for demystifying the use of a prong coller for those who might think of it as a pinch collar!
